Does Air Tracker work with Android?
No. Air Tracker uses the Apple Find My network and needs an iPhone or iPad running iOS 14.5 or later. It does not work with Android phones.
Do I need a subscription or a separate app?
No subscription and no extra app. It uses the Find My app already on your iPhone, and worldwide tracking is free.
How far away can I find it?
Bluetooth range is up to 60 m / 200 ft for ringing it directly. Beyond that, the Find My network shows its last seen location on the map anywhere in the world.
How loud is it?
Around 80–100 dB, which is loud enough to hear from the next room or from inside a sofa or bag.
How long does the battery last and can I replace it?
Up to 2 years on a standard CR2032 coin cell, which you can replace yourself in seconds. CR2032 batteries are sold in most supermarkets and pharmacies.
Is it waterproof?
It is IP67 rated, so it handles rain, splashes and brief submersion.
What is in the box?
2 × Air Tracker tags, 2 × key rings and a user manual. Each tracker comes with a CR2032 battery fitted, there are no spare batteries in the box.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is completely free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day and usually arrive in 3–5 working days.
What if I am not happy with it?
You have 30 days to return it for a full refund. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Is my location data private?
Yes. The MFi certified chip means location data is end-to-end encrypted through Apple Find My. Neither we nor the manufacturer can see where your items are.
