Where is my order?
If you are writing to ask where your parcel is, you do not need to wait for a reply. Just track your order with your order number and the email you ordered with, and it will tell you straight away.

We answer within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Emails sent at the weekend are picked up on Monday morning.
What to include
To get a useful answer first time, please tell us:
- your order number (it looks like IF-20260906-4F2A and is on your confirmation email), if your message is about an order;
- the email address you used at checkout, if it differs from the one you are writing from;
- for a return, whether the item is faulty or you have changed your mind;
- for a fault, a short description and a photo or video if you can, it usually saves a round trip.
